BLACK LIVES MATTER
"Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly.
I can never be what I ought to be
until you are what you ought to be.
This is the interrelated structure of reality."
We stand with Black Lives Matter. There have been violent and unjust murders and abuse of Black and brown and Indigenous people in our country. The management, staff, and Board of Directors are educating themselves on the ways systemic racism plagues every aspect of our society. We are examining and aligning our practices with our aspirations to be an antiracist, equitable, and inclusive organization.

We also acknowledge the people—past, present, and future—of the Wabanaki Confederacy and other tribes on whose traditional lands we live, study, and work.
