Process for New Members Joining the CAC

• Artists are encouraged to apply to join the CAC after reading the introductory information at www.faresharecoop.org/cac. Contact a current member to make your interest known or email cac@faresharecoop.org.


• Artists are encouraged to visit the gallery at the Commons, attend an opening or CAC event and meet current members.


• Once you make your interest known, a CAC mentor will contact you to answer any questions or concerns you may have.


• Fill out the questionnaire and send to cac@faresharecoop.org. (Attach a PDF of the questionnaire)


• You will be invited to make a presentation of your artwork to current members. This presentation may include a small group of prospective new members. This is a lively, fun and welcoming event, which will be held at the Commons. You may show actual work, slides, digital, performance, etc. Your CAC mentor will schedule your presentation.


• After your presentation and at the next CAC meeting, current members will act on your prospective membership and you will be notified.


• Annual dues are payable in September. After notification your dues will be prorated for the remaining portion of the year.
