Fare Share is a grocery store, a meeting place, a wellness resource, a buy-local opportunity.
Fare Share is a natural-foods cooperative; this means that it is owned and supported by member-owners who have equity in the business. However, you don’t need to be an owner to benefit from Fare Share.
Come in to our Main Street store in historic downtown Norway, Maine. Browse the market, meet great people, learn something new, and purchase food and goods. Enjoy the events in the Fare Share Commons: art shows, meetings, lectures, performances, and workshops. Rent space upstairs.
But we warn you: the more time you spend at Fare Share, the more you’ll want to become an owner. Our sliding scale makes ownership affordable for every individual in our community.
